 In addition to examination of the fundus, the ophthalmoscope is a useful diagnostic aid in studying other ocular structures. The light beam can be used to illuminate the cornea and the iris for detecting foreign bodies in the cornea and irregularities of the pupil.

With 19 different lenses, including 0D to ±20D: 0D, ±1D, ±2D, ±3D, ±4D, ±6D, ±8D, ±10D, ±15D, ±20D, you’ll have everything you need, right at your fingertips.

There is a wide range of practical apertures and filters to select from ophthalmoscopes: small spot, large spot, hemispot, red-free filter, and fixation aperture. This selection of apertures covers all the practitioner’s basic needs in an ophthalmoscope.

Achieve improved views With the help of a fiber optics light transmitting system. Light projects from the tip of the otoscope with reduced glare are increased clarity. The ergonomic handle grants continuous brightness control while remaining comfortable for the user to hold for extended periods of time.

With a sealed system and 2.5x magnification, the otoscope allows for pneumatic otoscopy and accurate diagnosis of the otitis media. A swiveling wide-angle lens was created to be flexible for examination.

For convenience, otoscopes use disposable ear specula. With the Otoscope you can use speculations of different sizes: 2.5mm and 4.0mm. The selection of an appropriately sized specula is critical to ensuring proper use of the device and patient comfort. Younger patients who will have a narrow ear canal, select a smaller specula with a narrow profile. For adult patients, a wider specula can be used.
