ChemTech is a collection blue light-blocking readymade readers designed to protect eyes from the potentially harmful blue light emitted by computers, tablets, smartphones, and other screens.
According to the Vision Council, 65% of Americans report experiencing symptoms of digital eye strain. With ChemTech computer glasses, we can alleviate some of those symptoms with a stylish solution.
Available in 5 styles and multiple colors, ChemTech computer readers are made in plano and single vision intermediate distance powers from +0.25 to +3.00, in quarter increments. That means ChemTech is an accessible solution for contact wearers and presbyopes alike.
All ChemTech lenses have been tested by a third-party laboratory. ChemTech lenses block approximately 35% of the light in the violet/blue specturym (380nm to 500nm) and more than 50% of the light from 380nm to 450nm.
