Unlike traditional solid plugs, the TearFlow model features a larger central lumen —up to 150% wider than the standard Tapered Shaft Flow Controller —allowing controlled tear outflow. Recommended Use: Select the appropriate size based on punctal diameter using standard measurement tools. The plug should be inserted into the lower punctum using the preloaded disposable inserter .
